Because every order is prepared especially for you, a 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your order date and helps cover ingredients and preparation.
Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. With at least 24 hours’ notice, any payment made beyond the 50% deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations received less than 24 hours before pickup or delivery are not eligible for a refund or store credit because preparation may already be underway.
Because our baked goods are perishable and made to order, completed orders are generally final sale.
If something is incorrect or there is a significant quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours and include photographs when possible. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.
Refunds are not available for personal taste preferences, ordering errors, or products stored or handled improperly after pickup or delivery.
Orders not collected at the scheduled time will be held until the end of the pickup day unless other arrangements are made. Unclaimed orders may be discarded and are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
If Very Good Baked Goods must cancel your order, all payments—including the deposit—will be refunded in full.
